Whether you're a first-timer or looking to refine your skills, this class will have you dancing in heels like a pro!

HEELS TEAM
Stage! Lights! Action! The Heels Team 2025 is coming to Baila District! Join the Baila Baes this January for an unforgettable first-ever team experience. The team will be trained exclusively by Isaiah, focusing on skill development with optional performance opportunities.

Team Commitment: 3-4 months
Audition Workshop is similar to a class featuring a taught choreography followed by in-class group demonstrations.
The Heels Team audition is open to all levels; however, for the team, we are seeking Beginner to Beginner-Intermediate dancers who have completed Back to BAEsics Part I and II.
Bring heels and water.

* Must Demonstrate with music:
* Bevels, Relevés, Passé, Hip sits, Heels Stance in both hips, hip rotation left and right and weight transfer down and up the leg on both sides returning back to bevel fluidly using the “Jane Fonda” reference. Also demonstrate the “Plié and whip up” movement.
* Demonstrate Slow Walks & Fast Walks
* 15 sec Freestyle after learning a short combo
