FAQ

Note: We have 4 different payment systems:

  • Drop-in Pass

  • Class-Pack

  • Series Classes

  • Guest Instructors

What is Drop-in Pass?

Drop-in passes are one-time class pass for one single class. It is usually the most expensive pass we have.

When can I drop-in?

Did you know? Most of our classes are drop-in friendly even if it is a series class.

The only classes that does NOT drop-in are:

  • Beginner series (Salsa 101/102, Bachata 101/102, WCS 101/102)

  • Mambo 301

  • Sensual 201/301

  • Heels Series or any other guest artist series classes

What is a Series Classes?

All classes are categorized into monthly or bi-monthly series. We know some students prefer to enroll in the entire series of one kind of classes and you will find that series classes are offered at a discount. Please note that makeup or credits for missed classes are only granted in the case of a family or medical emergency. Refer to our class policy located at the bottom of our pricing page for more details.

What is a Class-Pack?

Class-pack are similar to punch cards. You can buy a bundle of classes to save some money. These classes can be used for all drop-in friendly classes. Check out our pricing list for all the bundles we have to offer.

The only classes that this is NOT applicable for are:

  • Sensual 301

  • Heels series or any other guest artist series classes

  • Guest artist workshops

What’s the difference between 101 and 102?

101 and 102 are rotating monthly series starting the first week of each month, and students can begin with either, but must complete two months (one of each) before advancing to 120.

Class-Pass or Series? Which one?

If you only plan to take one kind of classes with us, choose series.

If you want to sample many different classes with us, choose class-pack.

I missed the first class of the series, what now?

If the class is drop-in friendly, you can still join mid series. Some classes require pre-approval from instructors to join due to pre-requisite. When in doubt, send us an email or talk to us in-person.

I missed my class, what do I do?

For series classes, we won’t be able to offer any credit for missed classes.

For class-pass, if you email us 12 hours before your registered class, we can give your credit back. Refer to our class policy located at the bottom of our pricing page for more details.

Do I need a partner for the partner classes?

Nope! None of our classes require you to bring a partner.

How much are classes? How do I save money?

It depends what you are looking for. Let’s compare the difference between Series class and Class-pack

Per class price:

  • Drop-in Pass is $26 per class

  • Purchasing series classes averages to $19-$22 per class.

  • Class-pack bundle range from $17-$22 per class.

Flexibility:

  • Drop-in Pass is a one-time class pass

  • Series classes does not allow you to take any other classes.

  • Class-pack allows you take any drop-in class you like. However it has a set expiry date.

Still confused? Talk to us in-person and we can always recommend the best option for you!
